The property owner executed a complete office renovation project even before a tenant was identified.
It was designed to be timeless yet fitting the character of the building with a modern twist and ended up quickly finding a tenant at the target rent.
Bolder provided a turnkey project delivery, from concept to ARCH and INT plans, as well as construction project management.

The impeccably executed space is filled with aesthetic details. The eye-catching panel-brass wall was custom-made and meticulously designed.
