Matkus touchpoints

Matkus Shopping Centre has been a pioneer in measuring, monitoring, and continuously improving customer experience for years.

Over the past year, Matkus has seen many positive changes. One significant development project has been the revamp of customer touchpoints.

Bolder’s team has been actively involved in planning and project management for these changes in collaboration with Matkus’ team.

During the project, various aspects have been extensively revamped, including customer restrooms, the entire centre’s wayfinding system featuring digital displays and waste collection points. A dedicated dog park and exercise area have been created for dogs. Bus stops and bike racks have received an entirely new look.
