The workplace fosters a sense of belonging and corporate culture. Office is the place for interaction, learning, and for innovations. Challenges are more easily solved in person, and resilience grows.
The inviting and diverse collaborative spaces at M117 contribute to achieving these goals. From concept development to architectural and interior design, Bolder Development worked with Skanska to create the people-centered M117 workspace concept, where services and spaces promote well-being and everyday efficiency according to the WELL certification. The M117 office building is located at the gateway to the city center, at the end of Mannerheimintie, adjacent to Central Park.
By investing in the work environment, companies can enhance their performance by reducing sick leaves. Therefore, alongside the service offerings, the interior design incorporates solutions that support employee well-being. Natural materials and green elements have been used to create unique and comfortable spaces.
The anchor tenant for the building includes Compass Group.
