At the core of a successful space transformation is the principle that the space optimally serves the intended lifecycle of the property owner’s asset. For tenants, this typically ranges from about 2 to 3 years (in the best cases, up to 5 years). Spaces should be adaptable and flexible to cater to a wide range of needs.
The tenant transformation at Hermannin Rantatie followed precisely these principles. The spaces were designed to be elegantly classic with a touch of personality.
The layout aimed to move away from the typical ‘cubicle thinking’ of the 90s. All partition walls and lowered ceilings were removed, and the spatial layout was completely reimagined, primarily delineated by glass partitions. The materials strive for a fresh ‘fresh industrial’ look.
