Seppä shopping centre
Seppä is a 24,000 m2 shopping centre built in 2017 in the Seppä area of Jyväskylä. The shopping centre is anchored by Power and XXL. In addition, customers are served by a wide range of restaurants, a diverse fashion offering, and a heated parking garage.
The task was to create a timeless and pleasant shopping environment for the centre’s visitors.
The interior design has focused primarily on creating a positive customer experience. The outcome is cozy, interesting and stands out. Seppä evolves with the hours and seasons. The guiding theme of the interior design is the flame and its many colours. The flickering form of the flame is visible in the centre’s tiling, glass surfaces, perforations in effect walls, and colour-changing lighting.
