After the first successful 15 years, shopping centre Sello’s overall appearance needed modernization and revitalization. The goal was to move away from the dominant dark red colour in facades, tiling, as well as other surface materials. The central atrium was revitalized with a Park theme. Bolder designed all modular furniture related to the project, both for seating areas and plantings.

As the foundation for the renovation, a new visual language was created for the centre: Sello’s own pattern. The pattern is visible in tiling, perforated light walls in connection with elevator shafts, decals, and various claddings in the parking garages.

In addition, key customer touchpoints were renewed in the centre: parking entrances, recycling points, signage, and lounges were aligned with the new visual language.

In addition to I&S and ARCH design, Bolder was responsible for preparing investment materials, executive group workshops, and budgeting for the project.
