Bolder had the pleasure of supporting Sponda’s exceptional team in creating and implementing more appeal for RatinaShopping Center.

Our work began with close collaboration from the initial investment proposals and continued into the execution plans – from concepts to reality, all with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. The central goal of the project was to increase customer dwell time by enhancing comfort and activities. The visual inspiration drew from Tampere’s characteristic rustic red brick, reflecting its industrial surroundings.

The renovation covered both indoor and outdoor spaces, including:

•     Renovation of the signage system
•     Indoor play area ‘Niitty’
•     Enhancement of the food court area
•     Lounge area renovations
•     Creation of a modular furniture system for the center
•     Renovation of the information point
•     Development of façade visibility
•     500m² outdoor activity and play area ‘Ratinan Riemu’
