Huudi Business Park
Huudi (formerly Menuetto) underwent a substantial transformation in its common areas, evolving from a business park lobby to a cozy hotel-like lobby that combines a café and restaurant. The complex, first completed in 2002, has also seen improvements on tenant comfort across its floors.
Bolder embarked on developing the property with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. The result is already generating positive buzz in terms of rentals and user engagement.
The core concept revolves around the idea that in addition to corporate clients coming from afar, Huudi also serves as a local workspace and satellite office.
In this project, Bolder was responsible for concept development, ARCH and INT planning, and project management.
