Kolmikulma
Kolmikulma is now a cozy oasis for leisure and work. Located at the end of Kauppakatu in the heart of Jyväskylä, Kolmikulma — managed by Trepan and owned by Agore properties— is a combination of street-level services and flexible office spaces. The property is situated right in the bustling city center, with unbeatable transport connections. The site also features its own spacious parking hall.
In a facelift project carried out during 2024, the property’s appearance and user experience were elevated to a new level. Bolder was responsible for creating the development concept in collaboration with Trevian, as well as for the graphic, spatial, and architectural design.
A new concept, brand, and look were created for the property, exuding a Small Town spirit: hallways transform into alleys, and the heart of the block, formerly an atrium, is now known as Valopiha. Valopiha is a park-like, pleasant space that enables both café operations and, for example, the placement of lobby services. It invites you to pause, work, or spend a moment together.
The implementation focused on, among other things:
- Renovation and clarification of entrances
- Renewal of façade lighting
- Shared lounge and lobby areas
- Constructed shared meeting rooms
- Signage, lighting, and material palette
- Renewal of visual identity and website
The office spaces can be transformed into modern and characterful environments: three ready-made interior themes are available, from which users can choose or customize the spaces to fully suit their own needs.
Kolmikulma now offers an even more ready and inviting platform for diverse use—sustainably into the future.
