New, straightforwardly comfortable and cost-effective premises for VTK in Tikkurila, Vantaa.
VTK Kiinteistöt Oy and Vivamus Kiinteistöt Oy moved into new premises at Kielotie 14, as part of the City of Vantaa’s facility arrangements. The project was carried out in close cooperation with the landlord and the city – and it was completed on the planned schedule.
Bolder was responsible for the overall project: space design as well as project management of the construction. The renovation work was carried out in existing premises, which were adapted for three different users. In the design, special attention was paid to acoustics, comfort, and functionality of the spaces – while at the same time cost-effectively utilizing existing furniture.
The end result was a functional, visually pleasant everyday work environment that meets the users’ needs.
