Midagon
Strategy in action – Midagon’s new headquarters brings experts together.
Midagon is an independent consultancy of experienced professionals that supports large Finnish and international organizations in business-driven transformation projects. The distributed work model of approximately one hundred consultants set a clear goal for the design of the new headquarters: the space needed to offer meaningful encounters, even though daily work mostly takes place elsewhere.
The new premises were chosen to be in the iconic Accountor Tower in Espoo, offering impressive views over the city and the sea from its heights. The workspace was designed to:
- support hybrid work and mobile expert work
- enable both focused tasks and communal encounters
- reflect Midagon’s values, culture, and visual identity
The design process began by involving staff: a representative working group was assembled at the start of the project, and a comprehensive workplace survey was conducted. Based on this input, a tailored workplace concept and interior design were created for Midagon, building continuity with the company’s overall brand identity.
The result is a modern, comfortable, and user-centered headquarters – a space that supports collaboration, concentration, and the quality of expert work.
