The iconic Voimatalo is being renewed!
This landmark is located right next to Kamppi’s vibrant services and the bustling city center. Surrounding the building and within the same block is a charming selection of restaurants, cafés, and a wine bar. Voimatalo provides everything needed for a smooth workday: versatile office spaces, car and bike parking, and well-equipped social facilities.
The renewal of Voimatalo pays homage to its pioneering history. Completed in 1952, the building’s architecture and interior design embody innovation, rationality, sensitivity, and human warmth. These qualities are reflected in Voimatalo’s carefully considered details and the sophisticated interplay of materials.
Bolder is responsible for Voimatalo’s architectural and concept design, as well as the creation of its brand identity, website, and 3D visualizations of the spaces. At the heart of the concept lies respect for the building’s history, combined with lightness, homely warmth, and understated Scandinavian elegance.
