Kämp Galleria

The 2nd floor of Kämp Galleria was completely renovated for the 2018 Christmas shopping season. In line with the new concept, this traditional shopping centre became a Centre for Finnish Fashion called the Garden. The commercial spaces in Garden do not have an ordinary structure, and the entire floor was designed to be adjustable so that it can also meet changing needs in the future.

Loikka Works had comprehensive responsibility for project management, including the concept team, designers and contractors. The needs of both existing and future tenants were also taken into consideration. Loikka’s task was to ensure successful completion of the project on schedule and on budget.

The Garden project is an excellent example of Loikka’s operating methods. We’re prepared to take comprehensive responsibility for a project and its stakeholders in order to ensure profitable completion of the project according to the targets set for it.
