We’re ready to take responsibility for managing projects related to remodelling facilities for a new tenant.

Facilities owned by Rautuki Foundation on the 8th floor of Aikatalo were renovated in spring 2017. Our commission started with project planning, during which we investigated how the old-fashioned premises could be efficiently transformed into a modern space that meets the requirements of today’s office facilities. The scope of the job covered facility design, cost estimates, production of leasing material, and project management that included the related design and construction management.
